What we collect
When you request an outside-in read: your company website, your name, your email, and anything optional you add (main services, revenue band). When you book a call: the details you enter on the Google Calendar booking page. When you visit the site: standard analytics data through Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight Tag and our site host's analytics, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and the referring site, collected with cookies or similar technology.
Why we use it
To prepare and send your outside-in read, to arrange and hold calls you book, to follow up with you about them, and to understand which pages are useful.
Who sees it
Jon Rothbart. The providers that run our site, booking and analytics (Lovable, Google and LinkedIn) process data on our behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your firm's name with buyers, brokers or anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep request and booking details for as long as we need them to follow up, and we delete them when you ask. Analytics data is kept under our Google Analytics retention settings.
